  Walked in to a full house with no appointment. Waited less than 10 minutes. This was my first visit. I
  was very impressed with their salon.
  It was very clean and the staff is friendly. Scott cut my hair better than I've ever had. I recommend this place to anyone. Oh yes, ask for Scott. You won't be disappointed.

  I am so done with this place! Third time in a row I've been here and they just completely f*Ed everything up. And this time I thought if I chose a different location it might be a better experience. I was wrong!! They could care less what I ask for, whether it be for me or my child, they do whatever they want! I've left this place in tears and missing 3 feet of hair, when I just wanted the ends trimmed. I'm done giving Fantastic Sam's a chance. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY LOCATION OF FANTASTIC SAM'S AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!!!
